CTG Power Systems Intnl., LLC ("CTG," "we," "us") runs this website, www.ctgpowersystems.com. We are based in Tampa, Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the business dealings that start here. It does not cover information our affiliated companies collect through their own websites, which have their own policies. Use of this site is also governed by our Terms.
When you fill out a form on this site, such as a quote request or a Sell Your Equipment submission, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, company, job role, email address, phone number, location, equipment details, and any photos or documents you upload. We also keep what you send us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Please do not include personal information about other people in photos or documents you upload, such as names, home addresses, or signatures on nameplates, test reports, or prior ownership records.
When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect some technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that sent you here, and your general location based on your IP address. We collect it with cookies and similar tools. See Cookies below.
When you contact us about a transaction, we may get information about you and your company from public sources, such as business registries, professional networking sites like LinkedIn, public records, and news reports, and from references you provide. Before we enter into a transaction, we screen counterparties against U.S. government sanctions and denied-party lists, as the law requires.

CTG is the data controller for information collected through this site. We are located in the United States. Our service providers process information in the United States and, in some cases, in other countries. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
The United States does not have a general adequacy decision from the European Union or the United Kingdom. When we transfer information from those regions, we rely on service providers certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, such as HubSpot and Google, or on standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities.
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above. That includes the length of our business relationship with you and any time required by law, including for tax, accounting, and sanctions compliance records. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

We disclose these categories to our affiliated companies, service providers, and business partners for business purposes. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit its use.
