Given the value, lead time, and strategic nature of this equipment, CTG responds only to inquiries that satisfy all of the following:

• Shovel-ready project. A defined project with site control, an executable schedule, and an identified need date for the transformer.
• Full funding capability. Demonstrated ability to fund the full purchase price, with the funding source and its status identified.
• Executed NDA. CTG's Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement must be executed before release of pricing, serial number, storage location, drawings, or test reports.
• Direct principal engagement. Inquiries must come from, or be directed by, the ownership of the end user or project. CTG does not work through brokers or intermediaries and pays no commissions or finder's fees.
• Compliance screening. Satisfactory know-your-customer, sanctions, and export-control screening (OFAC and BIS/EAR), including an end-use and end-user statement on request.

Availability, condition and inspection

• Status: Available, subject to prior sale and confirmation of availability at the time of inquiry.
• Condition: Unused surplus, delivered to storage on March 26, 2025. Present condition, preservation status, and completeness of accessories are to be verified by Buyer.
• Inspection: External inspection by appointment for qualified parties under an executed NDA, subject to storage-facility approval and Buyer's certificate of insurance. Intrusive testing requires CTG's prior written consent.
• Loading, transport, and installation: By Buyer, at Buyer's cost and risk.

Commercial terms

• Offered by CTG Power Systems Intnl., LLC, sole-source and principal-to-principal. No tenders, brokers or intermediaries.
• Price available upon request to qualified parties under NDA. U.S. Dollars only, by wire transfer or confirmed irrevocable letter of credit; credit cards not accepted.
• Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS at the storage location, with all faults, without any representation or warranty by CTG. A warranty may be available as a separately negotiated, separately priced option.
• Rigging, loading, heavy haul or rail transport, route surveys, permits, taxes, and duties are for Buyer's account.
• Subject to prior sale, buyer qualification, compliance screening, and CTG's Terms and Conditions of Sale; governing law State of Florida.

Data package and inspection

The nameplate, outline / general-arrangement drawing, certified factory test report, OLTC and bushing / CT data, packing and ship-loose list, shipping impact-recorder data, and storage and preservation records are released to qualified principals under an executed NDA, to the extent available.
