Michael L. Weaver is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CTG Power Systems Intnl., LLC (CTG) and its affiliate, CTG Grid Solutions LLC, both headquartered in Tampa, Florida. With over 30 years of senior-level management experience, Mr. Weaver has a distinguished track record of transforming entrepreneurial ventures into profitable enterprises across diverse sectors—including power generation, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), transmission and distribution (T&D), oil and gas, data management, and manufacturing.

As a results-oriented leader, Mr. Weaver excels in aligning internal operations with evolving market dynamics, leveraging deep customer insight to guide strategic decisions. His leadership philosophy centers on building collaborative, high-performance teams dedicated to sustained growth, operational excellence, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

He remains vigilant in identifying and capitalizing on emerging commercial opportunities, driving diversification strategies that embrace both conventional and innovative energy and infrastructure initiatives—including mobile and renewable power generation, microgrids, data management center solutions, and comprehensive EPC offerings.

A native of upstate New York, Mr. Weaver graduated with honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Prior to founding CTG, he served in law enforcement and dispute resolution roles and has been recognized for his leadership in various non-profit organizations. His service has included appointments to advisory committees under multiple U.S. Commerce Secretaries.

Today, Mr. Weaver divides his time between Tampa, Florida, and the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. Outside his corporate endeavors, he enjoys golf, boating, culinary arts, and contributing to his local communities through volunteerism.
