Harold Pernia serves as Vice President and Head of Project Management Services at CTG Power Systems Intnl., LLC (CTG). Since joining CTG in 2010 as Senior Project Manager for Latin America, Mr. Pernia has been instrumental in managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects across various industries. His leadership has been central to CTG’s continued success in executing projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Mr. Pernia holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (1985) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (1987), both from Manhattan College. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Boston College. His educational background reflects a deep commitment to technical excellence and multidisciplinary expertise.

With more than three decades of experience, Mr. Pernia has developed a strong track record in operational management, project performance metrics, reporting, scheduling, profitability analysis, and employee development. He is widely respected for his exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling him to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders—including developers, architects, engineers, merchant operators, government officials, subcontractors, and vendors.

Born in Venezuela, Mr. Pernia is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and takes great pride in being an American citizen. His dedication to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement embodies the values that CTG Power Systems upholds in every project.
