The 165 MVA transformer has been repaired and is fully functional. On the contrary, the Buchholz Relay of 186 MVA transformer was activated yet the transformer hasn't been opened for diagnostics. All the items are "as is, where is". The buyer is responsible for loading, freight, and logistics to the final destination.
