Announcement of Promotion to President - Odessa, FL (July 14, 2008)

CTG is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Jack Michael ("Mike") Powell to President of The Camelot Technologies Group, Inc., and all of its subsidiaries. Mr. Powell will be reporting to the Chairman and CEO, Mr. Michael L. Weaver.

Mr. Powell's promotion is part of CTG's re-organization to meet the demands of its rapid growth. The re-organization also includes the formation of four profit centers; The Camelot Technologies Group, Inc., CTG International, CTG Global and CTG Controls. In his new position, Mr. Powell will work closely with the Managers and staff of all four CTG Divisions as well as with the administrative staff who supports these four centers. Mr. Powell's previous position at CTG was Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Powell possesses strong interpersonal skills and strong administrative skill sets to analyze complex policy issues, draw correct conclusions and articulate clear and focused policy to wide and diverse audiences. He can take a broad based view of issues and events and have an understanding of their longer-term impact or wider implications for the good of the entire CTG organization. Mr. Powell has a unique vision and the innate ability to translate strategies into strategic and operational activities.

Mr. Powell contributes many solid years of successful executive level experience with large corporations formulating strategies and policies and creating new approaches in adverse situations. He was selected for the role of President based on a broad based view of issues and events, and his understanding of their longer-term impact or wider implications.

Mr. Powell brings to CTG more than 20 years of leadership achievements. His promotion reflects the company's commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic management team across its unique portfolio of businesses enabling CTG to better serve its customers.
