Harold Pernia

Harold Pernia is the Head of Project ManagementServices at CTG Systems International LLC (CTG). He joined the company in 2010 as a Senior Project Manager for Latin America. Mr. Pernia earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1985 and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987, both from Manhattan College. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Boston College. Harold brings to CTG's clients exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a sharp ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients, including developers, architects, engineers, merchant operators, government officials, subcontractors, and vendors. Mr. Pernia has a solid track record in operational management, project performance metrics, reporting, scheduling, project profitability, and employee development. Born in Venezuela, Harold is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and takes pride in being an American citizen.
